Refunds and Returns
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, items can be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days, from the receipt of the goods, at your own cost.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in its original packaging and you should include your receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your purchase back to us directly at Tiny Lives, not the RVI, Neonatal Unit or Manufacturer.
There are certain situation where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).
- Items with obvious signs of use/wear
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return has been received and checked over, we will contact you via email to confirm we have received your returned item. We will also confirm your refund.
If eligible, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days of receipt of returned items.
Items will only be replaced if defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need your item replaced, please contact us at info@tinylives.org.uk.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a reliable, tracked service. Tiny Lives are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
